We want you to be happy with Pitcha. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the terms below.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
If you forgot to cancel and were recently charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge at billing@pitcha.app with your account email. We will review the request and issue a refund when appropriate.
Credit purchases are final once the credits have been used to generate content. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been spent.
Email us at billing@pitcha.app with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, or for charges that occurred more than 30 days ago.
